 In cutscenes on my Insanity playthrough, the upper half of the omnitool keeps not showing up. Common problem?

It happens to me as well; I like to think that that particular part of the device isn't required for whatever the task is, so it doesn't get "manifested" (of course it's kinda hard to maintain the delusion when a character is scanning by waving a Omni-toolless hand around)



But yes, it's a bug and it needs to be fixed
