How many points do you get and how many does your squad get total? I wish i would have known they stopped getting points after level 20, many of them I couldnt even get any points in the loyalty power.

Shepard is allowed to distribute a total of 50 squad points. However, you get a free point in your bonus power (if you selected one). All of your companions will get 29 squad points to spend as well as a free point in their loyalty power (once unlocked). However, Jacob and Miranda get 30 squad points to spend and once again, a free point in their loyalty power.
