I believe this is the correct forum for this question-Advance apologies if I am in the wrong place.

I just have a quick question regarding New Game+ on ME2.  So I just started the NG+ career to play the game on Insanity difficulty and tweak some choices I made in my original playthrough.  Does anyone know if I will be able to import my New Game+ career into ME3?

I realize that little is known about ME3 at this point, but I'm wondering if any ME2-->ME3 transition announcements may have mentioned this.  (If announcements have been made to the contrary, I can just start a regular career again).

Thanks in advance for your help.

Here's the quick and clean version:

If you imported a ME1 save and finished it on ME2, you use a 'slot'.

What I mean with this is that the career created will never be over-written by a NG+, it will use another slot + a date to help out which one is your first, second etc.

So the choices you make in the 2nd one, will never interfere with the first playthrough, they are different.

Fantastic, thanks for the answer! That's very good to know. So I will probably have the choice to import both my Regular ME2 Career and my ME2 New Game+ Career into ME3?

Exactly, so you can effectivily import a Me1 Paragon character and use it for Me2 for the first time with the morality bonus.

A NG+ based upon the finished Me2 career doesn't give a morality boost, only resources and EXP. So you can go Renegade and import two characters in Me3

Enjoy the information and the game itself!
