i just finished ME1 went to import it tinto ME2 and its listed as a non valid save file any reason why this char is listed as that. my old game i finished on 1/18/2008 is listed as valid file but my new games are not can't transfer my lvl 52 shepard or my 59 or 60 shepards. i changed my hard drive since i did that fist game from the 20 gig that came with my 360 to a 120 gig and i used the transfer software and cable to copy everything to the new drive. i think my game was started before the transfer then finished after i got the new drive.
