Ok so do what talents I choose on my ME1 charater affect my me2 character in any way?Example--Im a Vanguard.
I chose to level up my shotguns instead of pistols, didnt put points into assualt training at all. Will this change what talents/abilities are available for me when I transfer to ME2?
Talent Transfers?

No, talents dont have any bearing, as the powers/class system is entirely different. You can even change the class of the imported character, if you wish.
If your import character was a high enough level, you'll get a few bonus levels, and can pick what new powers you wish.

So no matter what talents I level up. I will always have the same options of talents
(depending on class) in ME2-is that correct?
A Vanguard will always start with the same stuff.
Same with a Soilder an Adept etc etc?
No matter what I chose to level up in ME!?
Sorry just wanna be extra sure.
Gotta have my characters just right-lol.

No...skills from ME1 imports have no effect on a ME2 class powers. You'll get a bonus to money, resources, paragon/renegade score, and starting level, depending on the level and/or bank account of the imported character.
THe powers and classes are almost completely redesigned...there would be no way to make any kind of direct transfer.
