I dragged the Palette window to the very edge of the Toolset window accidently, and I can't for the life of me get it back. Please tell me there's some way to reset this!

As I recall, someone else had a similar issue at some point. I think it was fixed by deleting the file DefaultSetting.xml (make a backup first).
If I'm right, that would reset every user interface setting in the toolset. The downside to this is that you'd also lose other customizations.
The alternative is to go through the XML file and find the section that describes the location of the palette and fix it there (coordinates x=0, y=0 ought to put it at the top left corner of your screen).
