Issue 1:

Error:  You cannot access this restricted area.

I get this error repeatedly when trying to use the Bioware SocialNetwork site.  This error pops up everytime I want to do something like make a new post, look at a new page, or use the search engine.  I think this is related to not being able to keep my profile logged in while I am on the site.  Every time I move to a different page within the BSN site I have to login each and every time even if I have "remember me" checked.  I had to repeat this process about 5 times just to make this post.

Am I doing something wrong?  Is there a setting besides the "remember me" box that I am missing?

Issue 2:

I registered Mass Effect 2 on the BSN site the day that I recieved it yet it dosn't show up under "My Games".  Going to the register page shows that my only option is to *unregister* Mass Effect 2.  Does this mean that the game was successfuly registered and it just dosn't show up in the "My Games" list?  I'm trying to access ingame screenshots but I don't know where to go because ME2 dosn't show up in the My Games list.  Any ideas?

Issue 3:

Issue 3 is a bit related to Issue 2.  I've been trying to take my own screenshots for Dragon Age and Mass Effect 2 but they don't show up properly in MS Paint.  Every screenshot shows up as a black screenshot with absolutely nothing in it.  Is the screenshot button different for these two games?  (as opposed to the usual ptr scr button).  I've had the same issue with another game, Borderlands.  My operating system is Windows 7 and I'm using MSpaint to export them into jpeg format.

Edit 1:  Prt Scr, Ctrl+Prt Scr, and Alt+Prt Scr combinations do not work for taking screenshots.

I hit issue 1 and 2 also.
This site is so annoying I have to be really desperate for help before I even think about coming here.
It seem like I can't hit a single button with out being asked to enter my account and password - so far tonight I tried to register a PC version of Mass Effect2 - I already registered my x-360 version - I finally gave up becuase every time I entered the code it dumped to a login page - even tough I was logged in  (my profile was showing)
This gets my vote for WORST website - and just how long has it been beta and not working - do you intend to keep your customers frustrated for very much longer?  I can't even keep track of where I am between the Biowere/EA/DAO/ME/ - and god help me if I even wanted to go back and look at earlier games.
The login issues need to be fixed
PS - yep - I'm logged in and I hit submit on the Quick Reply and sure enough - I get issue #1 (above)
I HATE THIS PLACE

About issue # 1...

This is perhaps the most frustrating thing ever, yes, but it is a known problem. It is a glitch that seems to occur only with Internet Explorer users like myself. What web browser are you using currently? If it's IE, and you have a different browser, switch to it and try again.

I'm told Bioware is aware of the bug and is working on the problem, but they are having difficulties "reproducing the glitch". This is another way of saying they hear about the problem a lot but have never actually encountered it themselves, which is just plain frustrating for the people who encounter the problem all the time and have to live with it.

There is no telling when it will be fixed.

Thank you for your replies.  I may have found a workaround for Issue 1 and it may have already been posted in another topic but I'll put it here just in case.

Enter your login information, select the "remember me" box, and login.  After that you need to close the webpage or your browser then re-open it and go to the BSN site.  It should save your login information and you should be free to go wherever without having to deal with the restricted access errors.

   Hope that works.

I'm still stuck with issue 2 and issue 3.

Thank you for this. I'll try that.
