Green Eggs and Ham by Dr. Seuss (not his real name .. and I probably misspelled it...)
It only uses 50 different words and is amazing.

Song of Ice and Fire, The Witcher series, Silmarillion and maybe Dune. Althought I also like almost everything King, Lovecraft and Pratchett ever wrote.
Damn.

I persoanly loved the story in HBP and the theme, not to mention the ending was fantastic. While it is not complex the last three HP books were more deep then the first four.lordstanton wrote...
Heh, Kraidy1117 beat me too it. In all honesty, the Harry Potter books were probably the most enjoyable read I have had yet, and I have read literally thousands of books. Maybe not the deepest or complex of reads, but definately the most enjoyable.
Prior to that would probably have been the Belgariad by David Eddings.
