The creators and contributors of the Crown of Creation DAO module believe strongly in supporting the Bioware Social Network (BSN), as well as supporting Open Source initiatives. Currently, the BSN does not have the functionality required to support issue tracking, and the file sharing capabilities, while adequate for Builder to Player sharing, are not adequate for Builder to Builder sharing, in our opinion. As such, we are going to use a Google Code site as our base of operations for issue tracking and file sharing.
There are several good solutions out there, of course, so we'd be interested to hear what other teams are doing.
Major spoiler warning - by choosing this approach, all of our source material is now public, including original writing. Feel free to browse our site, but be aware that it's all internal work-in-progress, which might contain misinformation, story spoilers, adult content, or other stuff you might not want to see.
At present, our project discussion on BSN remains private, but we might review that.
We remain fully committed to BSN as a forum, and for Builder to Player publication.
Thanks to Bioware for a really good building experience.

That gives "sharing" a whole new meaning, kudos to you guys. Our project is in a halt right now (I really hope to be able to start it soon), so I haven't had any experience with file sharing, only a little bit with Google docs. Google docs is great for a team of writers to stay in line and updated, you can edit documents from your browser and it has the revision thing for documents. You have 1GB space per account and can upload and share any kind of files you like. You can also set permissions to different users for each file (for big teams). It's really easy to use.

I went through your site, Proleric and I must say, you guys are pretty well organized. It has given me some ideas to get started on organizing my stuff too.
I do use Google Docs though so I can't see the advantage to that site right away.
Great idea and a definite source of inspiration!

Proleric shoulders the bulk of the efforts here, so the kudos goes to him. I am just a helper. We are having some issues with the B2B sharing right now, so you can have a look at the Issues list to see those issues. Fell free to join in and help out if you have any ideas!
