I origonally bought ME1 soon after it came out, installed and activated it on my laptop, not sure under what account though. Recently I purchased and updated to windows 7 using a clean install which cleared out my hard-drive. Went to re-install ME1 but can not find my cd-key. tried going through live chat support but kept being given a link to the ME2 cd redemption page. Is there a way to recover my key?

Without having the manual or the login for the Bioware account you registered the game on? I don't think so.

Did you ever register your game at the old Bioware forums?

Otherwise you'll have to cross your fingers and just keep trying with EA Support, or buy another copy.
