I have unauthorized message on my Shale Golem, also not getting DA Journeys to refresh on my profile.

Make sure your Dragon Age Origins Content Update service is running. Try manually starting it before you start the game:
1.) Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type in services.msc and press ENTER
2.) Locate the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update in the list of services.
3.) Right click it and select START
If that doesn't solve things take a look at the Redeemed DLC Troubleshooting FAQ.
