Details

a.      Who ? Who knows .

b.     What? When I try to make a screencap using the keyboard key or a dedicated software and I paste in MS Paint Or MS Wordpad the result is a black screen.

c.      When? Always and in game or even after the launch on the cerberus screen.

d.     Where? It
occurs everywhere.

e.     Why? I don't know. Thanks for finding a solution

Use FRAPS. The free trial will allow you to make as many screenshots as you want (in .bmp format only though) which are then saved in C:\\Fraps (no pasting to Paint needed).
