Ok, since updating ME2 with the latest patch and the new shotgun/armour i have a couple of problems...

1) All my achievements have been wiped

2) I can no longer use advanced training to give myself a power from a loyal team mate. All the powers have been removed as, i assume, my achievements have been wiped and the game no longer thinks any of my squad are loyal, even though i the team selection screen all but Jack (who i've not done the mission for yet) are.

Has anyone else come across this issue or know how to fix it? I've put a lot of time into this and don't wanna have to restart til my 2nd play through!
