I just finished this and wanted to share it with you guys.
It's a hand-painted custom controller I made; it's supposed to look like Shepard's armor.

I don't think they'd mind. I put a lot of effort into it; it's more so art than hardware. And believe me, I wouldn't be parting with it if I wasn't desperate

I'm diggin' the face and surprised you even put the scratch marks in there. The back not so sure, it seems all crumpled/wrinkled up in the back area.

Nice pattern -- did you have some kind of mechanical aid for all that striping, or just a steady hand?

Masking tape.
