Has anyone come across this glitch?

On the collector ship on the first fight after the collectors spring their trap, the moving platform that contains the first Scion never retreats into the background after the Scion is defeated, and as such EDI never prompts you to manually re-establish her link with the ships systems?

Reloading the fight from the start seemed to fix it.

I had a search but couldn't find anything.
