Hey, I have just logged in, browsed through several topics and I see that most of the people are quite familiar with the character build, skills etc. allowing them to plan up to 20th level and over. I read the associated wiki and everything I was able to find, but I'm apparently missing something.

If anyone give me directions where can I dig more about the game lore and principles, I would be very grateful. Thank you in advance.

P.S.: This topic may serve as a library for future newbies. :innocent:

Thank you very much.

Where it was created from, assuming that the game has not yet been released? (If it was done by BioWare then they could have done so officially.)

Official lore derived from the books, etc... as well as information provided by Bioware in various previews and interviews.

Usually there's some footnotes and hyperlinks at the bottom of the page denoting the sources used in creating the article, but I haven't had a thorough look through that wikia.

It's from years of Developer posts, the wiki community has sources for their info in each article, because they are made of so much awesome.

If you can manage, you may want to find yourself a copy of "Dragon Age: the Stolen Throne". That book, along with the upcoming second book "the Calling"(I think) should contain ample amount of lore and background.

interesting site that wiki, nice to finally know of the specializations, I didnt know that yet.

I hope that blood mages and reavers change a little, or allow you to customize them a bit when your character takes on that class, to look slightly demonic but nothing exagerated. Like a demonic tattoo, sharp teeth or eyes that are bloodred, pure white or otherwise different from normal eyes.
