I get weird shimmering behavior with my ter_grass03 texture in this level, with shimmering whites and purples. I suspect it has something to do with the specular level of the texture. I've fiddled with the tiling, thinking I had set tiling too high, but it still behaves this way in the area editor and in game (it looks fine in the level editor). I've also used this texture in other areas with no problem. Just by glancing at the picture above, can anyone tell what's happening?
