He has the correct armor skin during the Horizon scene, all you need to do is give him a gray helmet and call it good.

I found the pink armor rather crazy for Ashley as well. As a soldier surely she knows the value of not standing out from everything else. What sort of situation would that color scheme work?

Fix that first, then we'll talk. At least pink armour is still.. you know.. armour.

For the sake of this topic, I suggest replacing the words "armor" or "armour" with "amour" or "amore".

Alenko/Williams are on the Normandy and Horizon, two fairly high-priority Alliance missions and all they can get is Onyx/Phoenix armor? WTF?!?!?
Did my quartermaster take his licenses and set up shop on the Citadel?
What did those two do with the high-end Spectre gear I gave them in ME1?
sheesh. Logistical support like this from the Alliance is why the SR-1 got pwned.

Ack. Why did they go back to their noob ME1 armor anyway?

To be fair Horizon Kaidan looks like he has some brand new Onyx variant.
Which looks a little on the fetish side with those shoulders and yellow lights but nothing wrong with that..
Ashley.. I don't get at all. Maybe she actually *likes* that look.

Cultural trend shifts have enabled men to wear lighter shades of red or pink in the future. This trend similarly applies to the dress protocol established by the Alliance. It allows soldiers like Kaidan to maintain camouflage in rare occasions, such as infiltrating through a flock of flamingos or a field of pink wildflowers.MikeFL25 wrote...
Please, if and/or when a patch is released, PLEASE patch Kaiden in the opening scene to have armor that isn't pink! I'm all for the whole "real men wear pink" but it looks rediculous. Maybe patch it to the armor he wears on Horizon?

I agree completely, but I have to admit when I first played, and I saw Kaiden running through the ship in that, I laughed out loud and said, out loud, "Kaiden, what the hell are you wearing!?"

I was amused by his goggle helmet though, that thing looks ridiculous to me.

I actually didn't notice the first time, probably because of the red lights in the Normandy, and I lost my glasses at the time.

First thing I thought when I saw that helmet was "What? Do I get to shove HIM out of that window? Yay!"

I love having EDI around, such insight!
It never bothered me, I always took him on a Vermire picnic. It was a nice date, that ended with a bang.

Seriously, can we just pretend that the Phoenix armor never existed in ME3?
Ah yes, "Phoenix Armour". Hardsuits that are allegedly coloured white and fluorescent pink. We have already dismissed these claims.
