I played through an entire run on ME2 without any crashes, glitches, problems of any kind, video or audio. I'm playing through again and was halfway through the game when I saw the patch release and installed it. Now I am getting a really annoying graphics glitch that makes red speckles and dots appear on anything black in the screen. Sometimes it doesn't show up, and other times alt tabbing or going to the menu fixes it temporarily, but it keeps coming back. So I updated my graphics card drivers and there's no improvement. I am checking the temperature of my graphics card regularly and especially when the glitches are occurring. It is steady around 60-65 degrees celsius. Any help? Any way to uninstall the patch? I'll post general info about my system, but keep in mind the glitches didn't happen until about 30 minutes after I installed the patch. No hardware changes have been made of any kind.

*I'm guessing this means I'm not on a single core like the patch mentions but I dont know enough about computers to know... Two processors appear to show up in my Device Manager
