In fact, more importantly, listen to Martin Sheens voice. Does he sound like a black person? Would it work if we gave Jacobs face to the illusive mans voice? Answer is a big no.

Shepard is arguably the most important person in the galaxy, and all but one of mine are female. And the asari councillor, the seemingly most important member of the council. Not forgetting Aria, or even the Rachni queen.
