Here's my save, right before the Omega 4 relay (just hope posting this will work):

All you have to do is to go to the Omega 4 relay using the galaxy map, then the scene will automatically start.

Garrus is one of the more interesting characters to talk to. I hate the fact he's always doing calibrations. How many times do you need to calibrate those guns?
