I liked that crack team of Salarian specialists in ME1. They just seemed too awesome for words. Cpt Bailey is also cool.

A lot of Asari on my list: Shiala, Sha'ira, the bartender, Aria..

I also loved Gianna Parasini.

I think Kenn was a more interresting Quarian then Tali, and certainly hope for Kal'Reegar as future squady.

Then there was this Captain Kirrahe in ME1. I actually liked that speech of his. Yes, it was a bad speech, but I liked it anyway.

I really wished that on Haestrom it played out like...

I loved the Quarian and the Friend-Zoned Turian on Ilium. Amazing conversation to listen to - gave me giggles.

Also, the Asari and her Krogan boyfriend. "My blue rose of Ilium always points 'twards the sun!"

Joker of course! Although his role was vastly expanded in ME2.

If I would have to choose some other person it would have to be the Asari bartender on Illium.

Gianna or Aetheyta, definitely. Gianna is a nice returning character but Aetheyta had me in stitches. If I get to have another Asari in ME3 I am so hoping it's her. She'd make a nice contrast to Samara's reservation and Liara's naiveté. That and I bet she and Jack would get along great. XD
