Who might it be?
Jack is the obvious choice I guess along with Zaheed. Any thoughts?

If it's going to be a recurring character on your crew, it's most likely going to be a human. So, if not TIM then I bet Doctor Chakwas.

Seriously though, its unlikely to be any of the ME2 guys due to the differing storyline. Zaeed because he is optional DLC, Jack because her Paragon romance would make her your strongest supporter

You're only thrown off by her soft voice, caring tone, and totally hot bod.
Honestly, though? Tali. Which would break my ****ing heart. In ME1 she was all "I will fight with fire for you, Commander." But now you dance around in Cerberus clothes, have an AI installed on your ship, and allowed a Geth on board. I can only hope she trusts Shepard as much as Garrus (almost blindly so) does considering all of you've been through together.
But still...I'm going to go ahead and say totally unlikely.

Tried going back to the first BG, but.. I hate that game. BG 2 on the other is interesting and playable.

Actually, this is a perfect scenario for us Kelly lovers. Kelly is really a spy for TIM, but she gets genuine feelings for Shepard after she is rescued. There can be a mission to get Kelly fully on Shepard's side, and be a possible love interest.

Garrus. He's a great character, and you've been built up to trust him for two games. But he's changed since ME1--changed tremendously. One more thing goes wrong and he's gonna crack. But that's just my theory.
Blasphemy! He may not be the greatest role model but he's completely loyal to Shep. Honestly I'd say Ash/Kaidan/Liara are the most likely, not any of the ME2 mates.

I doubt any of those three would turn on Shepard. Liara risked her life to keep Shepards body away from the collectors, even if she wasn't your LI from the first game. Ashley/Kaiden still really care about Shepard (especially if they were a LI).
If there are any traitors I'm sure it will be a surprise.

I know Yoshimo dies in BG 2 but what happens exactly? I haven't gotten that far in the game yet. Need to find my save files.

Yoshimo was a BountyHunter/Thief who joins your party in BG2 in the very beginning and about in Spellhold he completely (well to me he did!) blindsides you by betraying you to your Irenicus. Which is where the OP came up with the usage of Yohsimo's name, someone you aren' expecting to backstab you and does....

In all likelyhood, it's EDI; who even unshackled is still bound by programming and may have a code block in place that compels her to obey TIM.
