Hi,
I'm not sure how this happened, but I have 2 profiles: one associated with my email address., the other I created later and registered both DAO and ME2 under (display name is "Ambrose Chase".). Today I can't log in with that profile, so I had to create a display name for my email address so I can post this.
I really don't care what happens to either profile, I just don't want to have re-register, if that's even possible.

something changed today, you MUST loggin with your email and password, the old username and password doesn't work for some reason.

Thanks for the reply. Is there a quick way to get my game info associated with this profile?

The same has happened to me.
I came here from the old BioWare DA:O forums and used the same username (KilrB) for my account here ...
... and registered my games and dlc to that account.
Now I cannot login to that account with my username/password.
I had to create a new account to access the site and try to find out what's going on.
This is really going to screw-up any future dlc for many of us if BioWare and/or EA don't straighten it out!

Just log in with the email address and password associated with the old account, that should still work. For whatever reason logging in by username isn't working anymore, but you can still log into any account by using the email address associated with it instead of the username.

Yes, it occurred to me on the way home that might be the answer and here I be.
So ...
Who's bright idea was this?
