If so, that's highly disappointing, seeing as how it looks like a steel templars helmet, and bears NO resemblance whatsoever to the artwork that was used to advertise it AND the current in-game inventory icon.
The fact that the icon remains similar(Icon looks more Dragon Age-ish, while the advertisment art looks like concept art) is like a slap in the face to us who purchased the Collector's Edition for the item.
Seeing as how it's a COLLECTOR's EDITION item, one would've thought that more work would've gone into the design. It's not even the same color as the in-game icon.
To the Devs: Was Bergen's Honor supposed to look like it does ingame?

I was guessing this was a bug... I hope so, or its just kinda lazy.

I REALLY hope so. I wish it was too. An official reply from a BioWare employee would set my(or our) minds at rest(although the answer may not be exactly satisfactory, but nonetheless).

Dammit, I feel sad that we have no confirmation on an item that looks nothing like it should.

Yea honestly I was all excited, pumping stats, gathering gold.
Then I just sold it. Do hope they fix it ;'(

The "Duty" helmet of the Effort set actually looks almost exactly like the icon for Bergen's Honor; winged and everything. I don't know why they didn't just use that model and a different one for Duty.

They need a good helmet to match the dragonbone set and bergen's honor is ugly

I'm more concerned with the fact that its too tight. Apparently we can't be arsed to take it off for cutscenes, like we so with every other helm.

Where can I find that? Is it a massive helm?

I feel sad that the Devs can't be bothered to answer it. I'm not one of those people who sue companies because the advertisement differed from the actual product, but It would be really nice to get a Dev to shed some light on this...

Dog found it for me somewhere in the Deep Roads. I believe it was either Caridin's Cross or Ortan thaig. Just ask Dog if he sees anything as you walk through. With any luck, he'll come back with the helm.

BUMP. I would like a confirmation from the Devs on why Bergen's Honor looks like it does.

Don't expect a reply. BioEA has your money now, they don't need to provide support.
What do you want to bet that they find a way to get money out of people on consoles for the mods PC players make and distribute for free?

Well if they continue giving this kind of support, I'm canceling Mass Effect 2 lol. And so are a lot of 360 owners(seeing how noone has shed any light on the DLC achievement bug either).

Seems people forget that Bioware has already stated that this forum IS for community tech support and is NOT heavily monitored by them...

Dude the are other helms that look exactly the same.. the whole point of the Collector's Ed is that it should look exclusive, and not a reskin of some Tier3 helmet.

yeah i think they got the helmet model mixed up. i looked through the files in the toolset and the Duty helmet uses the 2nd variant of the templar helmet (one with wings). I think they just got the mesh files mixed up and didn't bother to fix it. Lame since the model for Duty helmet fits the icon image of Bergen's Honor.
I hope they fix this...

Here is the Duty Model:

And here is Bergen's Honor the Icon:

I first thought that this model doesn't exist at all. It's sad that Bergen's Honor doesn't look like 'Duty'
