I got it working on the console, and I wanna see if it works.

The code is as follows:
541.DJD.LTF.A3G.AAV.JBD.MDJ.6PG.G72.AG6.645.4

The Shepard should look like this:

Need someone to try it on a computer. I got the Identity Code back from just dabbling a bit in the character creator then went back and accepted my imported face. I don't have Mass Effect for the computer [yet] and I wanna see if the face code worked.

Did you go through the 15 min intro just for that? So generous. :|

Nah I edited most of the intro out of the game by replacing the movie files with 1 second blank movies. I can get to the character creation screen in 4 minutes since all I have to sit through is the 1st miranda/ISM conversation and then the actual part where you play through to the explosion. For some reason, even though I replaced that conversation as well it keeps playing.

Interesting. I'll try that next time. :wizard:

Apparently there's an even easier way of doing it.

I did it that way, but the 1.01 patch replaced the movies I renamed.

That's what's good about the replacement method. I copied the movies into the folder, so when I patch my game I can just recopy them all in one fell swoop instead of having to rename them all.

Yup,  I did the replacement method for the load screen movies.  Those weren't affected by the patch.  I think because it just checks for file names.  For some reason, the replacement version of the load screen that plays right before the abduction causes the game to crash, so I have to use the original version for that one.  Other than that though, the replacement method is less hassle.
