Really nice work, I've got one request tho: Could you make versions for the other popular screen sizes? (1680x1050, 1920x1080 etc)

just resize it yourself? :s  go download Gimp, its an open source Photoshop alternative, and you can do all sorts of things.

The picture works fine as a 1680x1050 wallpaper, because it keeps the 16:10 ratio.

Just a quicky for now: With regards to the Wallpaper sizes I didn't want to put too many large images up as it kinda schnarfs up my bandwidth, BUT I thought I'd quickly do a couple of the more problematic ratios which required a little extra painting to make look right. So with the original and these two versions, folks should hopefully be able to work out any other sizes they want for themselves.

ya, but the built in image resizing that windows does when you 'stretch' a picture down for the desktop background is crap.

Your artwork is amazing. I love the one of Omega, really captures the criminal element of the place. If it were a poster.... it'd be hanging up in my office right now!

Tlazolteotl – Haha yeah, if there were anyone who really shouldn’t be allowed near CAIN I think Zaeed would be  a strong contender…which is exactly why I thought he’d be the right guy to wield it.;P

Caffinefiend23 – Thanks very much!  I enjoyed painting the Omega piece, the whole place has a lot of character that just begs to be painted.

seriously, while I am slightly disappointed that Tali is gone from Shepard's embrace in the middle and was cast out to the outskirts, it's only a minor nitpick to what is otherwise a prime example of just how great and beautiful fan-art can be!

Hey Folks,

I just wanted to share a piece of Mass Effect fan art with you that I’ve been working on. I don’t usually do a lot of art for other peoples IPs but Mass Effect is so gripping, so frikkin awesome that I just had to paint it. The hardest part has been tearing myself away from the game long enough to paint this.

 

I’ll put a small version here on the site, but if you follow the link you’ll find a larger version.



 

On another note I started a Liara sculpt ages back that I never had a chance to finish. She’s in ME1
Armour and stands about 10 inches tall, if I get time I’ll see if I can finish her off and post pics. – Take it easy!
