I think it's probably telling your surviving crew to find their way back to the ship unescorted by one of your squadmates during the suicide mission.  Nothing made me feel more like an ass.

I think Paragon Shep's "I won't sell humanities soul" comment is just epic in douchebaggery.

In regards to releasing Grunt, and opening the airlock if it goes bad. Suggesting that any and all crew in the airlock at the time are expendable.

Shepard: "Miranda, how many crew do we have on the ship"

Miranda: "24 off duty crew members"

*Shep gives a look that says "so what's the problem?"

when you bring legion to the migrant fleet there's a renegade interrupt to threaten to take of your helmet and spread your germs if they don't let legion stay.

Ratting out Mouse.

Pun not intended, BTW.

Wow, that's really bad. I'm laughing, but I'm also stunned at the same time.

that one didn't actually strike me as being as bad as a lot of the other stuff shep can do. I mean even if some germs got on their ship they all still have their suits on. Quarians come across as a bit paranoid like that, completely sterilized ships and they still keep their suits on.

honestly some of the most rude things shep can do imo are actually paragon actions, grabbing a teamate's arm to prevent them from doing a renegade action...idk but it just seemed very unprofessional and rude, it was like I was forcing my morals on my allies.

I think the worst thing though is screwing over Garrus' revenge....it'd be like para-interrupting Samara when she's going to finish off Morinth.

Telling mordin that the genophage was the right thing to do and to destroy Maelons work while grunt stands there is pretty messed up.

I'm not sure Grunt would really care.  At least not from the conversations I've had with him.

Guy forced to help the mercs or be killed versus a 400 year old serial killer and sexual predator... Yeeeeeeeeah I can totally see how the two are similar.

Samara was killing Morinth because it was the only way to stop her. She'd never stop trying to kill for her high. Garrus was seeking revenge.

I'll admit some of Shepard's paragon moves can be overly altruistic and self-righteous to the point of hypocrisy, but I don't count stopping Miranda from killing someone she used to care about greatly among one of those moments. It struck me as an impulsive decision that she would ultimately regret.

Garrus is a little bit more difficult for me to justify, considering that he makes it plainly obvious that he's thought about it for a long time, and he's still come to the conclusion that the matter can only be solved after Sidonis was dead. He never tries to deny that and only asks that you put your personal feelings aside for one minute and help him with a personal favor in return for committing to a suicide mission.

The only real justification is that Shepard had the foresight to see how giving in to revenge could ruin him.

I don't know about Douchebaggery, but the whole renegade run of Jack's loyalty mission is pretty messed up.

I thought Shepard stopping Garrus from killing Sidonis was one of the most noble things Paragon Shepard does. I didn't think it was douchebag at all. Garrus didn't know the full story. Sidonis wasn't a bad guy, he was just a coward who made a really bad mistake.
It's good that you let Garrus know the full story because it makes him change him mind about killing him.

Selling out Tali's father when she begged you to do other wise is definitely up there. I cringed the whole way through.

Killing Samara is is douchey, as is basically curb stomping Mouse.

To let poor Salarian guy die on your hands in Dantius Towers, to let sick Batarian to die in slums, also to let people fry in Zaeed's mission. That are peaks of doushebaggery on my scale.
