Help wanted with a self inflicted profile/game mess

I really messed things up for myself. Because of my own stupidity, I wound up with two profiles for this site, one that is associated with Dragon Age (this one) and one that is associated with my Cerberus Network card. As a result, I can't get the Blood Dragon Armor to work with my Mass Effect 2 game. Instead I get an authorization error message. So, is there a way to associate the information from one profile with the other so I can get my promotional content working properly? I would imagine I would need to associate the info from THIS profile with the other one that is attached to the Cerberus Network card. Anyway, thanks in advance.

EA support is able to transfer entitlements between accounts. You should be able to keep whichever account you prefer.

Thanks. That would be great and helpful if I could remember my sign in information for EA. There are so many passwords and sign in names to remember when I deal with EA games that its nuts. I tried sending an "I forgot my user name" to my email address and it said it was successful, but no email ever appeared in my mail box OR my spam box. I guess that's AOL mail for you. ::sigh:: I guess I will just have to go without the blood dragon armor.

I wish it worked that way for me, but neither of the two profiles that I use here allow me to sign into EA Games. Fortunately, I was able to remember my EA Games sign-in information and am now waiting for their response. Thanks for the help. I just hope they can help me too!
I wish we could also link our old Bioware forum accounts to the BioWare social network ones. I have a few bioware games registered there, and it would be nice for their icons to be added to the Mass Effect 2 and Dragon Age icons at the bottom of our avatars. Plus, it must be hard for BioWare to have to deal with and maintain two separate forum websites.
