I have a proboem with my ME2 Collector's Edition for PC. After redeeming the codes on this website, downloading and installing them I still cannot log into Cerberus from the game menu (it requests that I redeem my code again).

I contacted EA support and according to them Cerberus is activated on my EA account (apart from that they didn't come up with anything helpful). So apparently it isn't activated on my social.bioware account? 

When I look at my redeemed content I see the various DLCs for ME2. Only the Collector's DLC has the platform info "PC/Mac". The other DLC (that come with the Cerberus activation) show as registered for Xbox. Could that be the problem?

Yes, that could indeed be the problem. The Cerberus Network DLC should only show up for the platform its activated on. Go back to EA Support and tell them it was activated for the wrong platform.

Yeah the ones with (Cerberus Network) after them should be specific to your system .... but those that are multi-game DLC's and don't have the network stated, such as the Blood Armor DLC, will show for both platforms.

Thanks for the info. It took a while to explain this to the EA support guys, but they fixed it right away once they understoof what the problem was.

Hey im new to using the Cerberus network and i dont know how to install my downloads to ME2 so could someone help me? please and thank you

Namutwo: go here - http://social.biowar...redeem_code.php - then go here http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php - then run the installers you downloaded. Then run ME2 when connected to the web. Connect to the Cerberus Network (you need to have an EA account - make one if you haven't). Your content should be good to go.

In my case, however, it is not. I haven't been able to log into the Cerberus Network for the past five weeks, even though I have no trouble with the Bioware social site. Any ideas what might be causing this, anyone?

i have a question, i need to change my hard disk, ill make it simple, if i reinstall the game an try to connect to the cerberus network, would i get any trouble? or the code is valid as long as i´m logged with my ea account?

i forgot to say... i already entrer the code, the game will ask for it when i reinstall?

Same problem here. Logged into the cerberus network when I first installed the game but haven't been able to log back in since. I keep getting "Communication with mass effect 2 server has been interrupted or timed out. Please try again later." over and over and over ............
