Its dragon armour, you got the main breastplate as a free download with the game. I think you will be able to buy it online if not. You can buy other parts from the trader in your camp (if you have him yet.
Its not that amazing. But it looks cool on a dwarf lol, makes him look like a cylon!!! Worth having for free, not sure i would buy it with real money. Well, i wouldnt... but meh

I have Blood Dragon armour, but what that guy wears is not BDA it's different.

No, it is blood dragon armor, both of the armors are blood dragon armor.

If you're on PC, you can download armor that very similar to the trailer armor. Check Nexus for the Grey Warden Runic Armor.

I'd say the model is pretty similar to the Effort armor, but the helm is replaced with an executioner helm. That's as close I can get, I'm afraid.
