When Zaeed first came to Omega, he was really short on creds. So he spent most of his off-hours in the Forvan's bar. Forvan was a little bemused to see Zaeed for the second time, but that's how it was. Zaeed never noiticed anything wrong with Forvan's cocktails... That's why he didn't warn Shepard about it.
