Before his asari girlfriend sold him out to the Blood Pack, Zaeed came across something interesting in her bedroom. It was an old black&white "Mr. Olympia" poster from 1970s. He looked at the poster closely for some time, then said:

Hmm, I knew there was also something wrong with Dragon Age, now that you mention it.  Wonder what the chances are of getting him to show up in that, too?  I suppose darkspawn are a bunch of witless fops, though, so it may not be worth his time.

Zaeed originally auditioned for the role of Harbinger but was turned down. The director felt he wouldn't be able to make the character feel warm enough so that the audience could feel comfortable with it.



Also, the offer to play the part of Shepard was withdrawn upon legal advice that, while the galaxy saving hero part of the role was well within Zaeed's scope, the underwear model part may cause mass fatalities among the general public. Zaeed was not amused, but agreed to play himself, as he is a gentleman.
