Basically, what would you do if you were a Reaper/possessed a Reaper body?
I would go with Shepard, being one of his crewmates and follow him around. Imagine the council when you show up with Shepard:lol:

As a Reaper, I would let Commander Shepard and his crew take residence within the interior of a ship of which I can serve as a helpful AI. I may then assist them in defeating an inconsequential enemy to temporarily distract them from their real mission. Deception is necessary, so knowledge of the Protheans or past encounters with this enemy's dreadnought is advantageous. Subtle indoctrination on particular crew members will compel them to unlock my full control over the ship.

This will buy my fellow Reapers time as they formulate a new plan to invade the galaxy. Once I am given the signal, I will assume control of the ship and pass through the Reaper mass relay, effectively kidnapping Commander Shepard and having him submit to the Reapers as their new prophet, taking the place of Saren Arterius.

AFter information and resource gathering I would then attempt a trip to another galaxy where I can start gathering information and killing everything just to do it again. Hopefully in time for my scheduled trip home.

Reap things, probably.

Maybe hack the extranet to steal all the bandwidth I want. Possibly sneak into some cinemas for free by removing their rooves, then vaporise anybody who dares to talk through the picture.
