Between Heather & Tawnia, my dear Elocyn is so whooped!  I mean no offense by this, but with all due respect, all of you people's characters are so awesome, your making me feel like a retard!

Elocyn is my best lookin character of my 3, yet not even she is competitive here.

I love this thread. No other game has such nice-looking dwarves, and this thread showcases just how nice they can look. Even the ugly ones for some reason still appeal to me, for whatever reason. I'm still waiting to see a (typically) handsome male dwarf that doesn't look over the age of 30, though.

Helena: She looks good, almost a sort of calm about her, makes her look nice over all I think at least.



Gallows: Hard to decide really, I like his tattoo(sp?), though his almost troubled look distracts the onlooker, other than that, I like the hair and beard on him personally.

It's always cool to hear how they come across to others. I wanted Helena to have a look of royalty, sort of detached, strong and a little bit ruthless; and 'troubled' describes exactly what I had in mind for Gallows, I imagine he's seen and done some terrible things.

wow, to tell you the truth, I took a couple of minutes to convince myself she wasn't a man and that wasn't her facial hair, great character to roleplay, I think
My contribution is this female dwarf commoner

poor girl, growing at the streets made her sad, strong, also, and now she is after revenge for what she had to pass through all her life.

As I said in another topic, she's actually quite attractive under all the stress and dirt. I'm looking forward to seeing her progression myself. I don't know how it will turn out…
Your commoner is very good, but I don't see any revenge in her eyes.

Crunchy's dwarf is very pretty. I can easily imagine her teasing would-be suitors.
Golden-Rose, Cabus does look friendly, I think you captured it perfectly. I imagine he's the type to always be on the lookout for ways to get back at the establishment.
Natia and Shiazae both look very nice. Natia looks a bit younger and hopeful, while Shiazae has a little bit of experience in her eye.

Great one. While i can't say that she's the best looking female dwarf, not even the most 'dwarven looking' female dwarf, she sure looks interesting. Got to be one of the most 'natural' ugly faces around here, might be fun to roleplay her.

I think she's quite endearing once you get to know her, and not at all ugly. She's just had a tough time of it, living under your noble shadow. Still, being interested in her is better than turning your nose up, so I thank you for the gesture in her stead.
By the way, all of your dwarves look great. I like how varied they are, with no apparent overlap in character qualities, though I find it interesting that you have a Natia with the same hair as another Natia on this page. The eyes and nose are different, but it's a little eerie. A couple days ago I made a male dwarf commoner that happened to look almost identical to Kilsot's, so I'l probably go back and modify him. You and slikster could have a duel for the Natias' affections.

daem3an, I think you succeeded, except I don't think Gallows thinks the things he's done are terrible. He looks a little tired, as though he was only doing them because he saw no other way. Does that make sense?

Sure, nobody pictures a dwarfette as potentially gothic. I like how she turns out. Dwarves round faces make them easily look childish or innocent (concerning females), I wanted to break this pattern. Glad I succeeded, and after all, dwarven nobles make plots and are cold-blooded killers, I wanted her face to reflect that. Concerning my playthrough with her, I honestly don't know, because at first, I never wanted to play a dwarf, then, the origins story tempted me and I thought, yeah, on a last playthrough, and now, I'm thinking about the entire game with her. But it will depends if I get bored but replaying DAO or not. I plan on human noble, then city elf, then mage, and then, it's open, so maybe dwarf noble, why not.
