As I was quickly scrolling through the thread, I saw this picture before reading your text or seeing that it was from you, and thought someone decided to make my dwarf after a painful tattoo removal! He looks less like he's going to tear your head off and more like he is terribly unamused. A little known fact, though, that is actually his super happy face.Servant of Nature wrote...
Osric Aeducan is modeled a bit after JEBesh. He is paranoid, doesn't speak to anyone beyond commands, and is very serious. He is a nice guy, somewhere in the recesses of his soul, though.

Another one of mine, here comes the old man:

I'm actually a bit scared of how old he turned out to look, but i guess this is as ancient as it can get

For the females, I had a hard time choosing between SoN's Maddie, and rodelbjerg's Serena (the third one down). For this one I'm going to go with Serena, because I love her expression.
I guess it's now up to Devija to make her choices as well.

Okay, I suppose I have to pick two favorites now. Really tough. For me, the males really came down to Andyman's dwarf and Fulgrim's elder dwarf. I have to pick Fulgrim, because he captured the aged wisdom look so well. Funny that my favorite is one that you said you weren't very fond of.
Actually i am fond of him now. It's just that he's an edit (my late entry) and looks quite a bit more interesting and less 'regular' than his earlier version

I thought Mjord's Prince Dwarf Charming was amusing and different. And beardless. Similar to how I liked WeeRLegion's scruff-but-beardless dwarf, Boris. Rodelbjerg's bald dark-skinned dwarf gets a mention too.
Purple Lady's Dezdemona is adorable. Rodelbjerg's first pictured lady in the post -- the one with the reddish eye makeup -- is great, too. Lilaris' Gimila has a youthful and sweet face.
In the end, I chose Boris (WeeR's dwarf) and Rodelbjerg's first lady dwarf. I think they'd make a cute couple. ;P

My beardless dwarf
I think he's more human-looking than dwarf-looking.

Oh, wow! My female dwarf commoner (warrior) is my first char, because I liked the background story so much. But when I look at all your awsome dwarves, I think I still have to do some work on her.

Sharifa is a noble dwarf, who likes to hide behind the polished smile and mask of jovial lightheartedness, but politics is where she feels at home, the world of poison, backstabing, loyalties and words.
