Hey all.. I was messing around with FRAPS 3.0 and WMM in Win 7 so I threw a random party together and went after Flemeth for the video fodder... no healer, all melee, but fun to watch and obviously quick heh.

Seriously though, you should let Shale tank, and let Wynne focus on healing him. You as the PC should run behind Flem for some backstabs. Whomever else as your last party member should stay at long range and do whatever they can..

You aren't. Well, set it to easy mode and it's probably doable.



Flemeth is such a kindly dragon, staying in one place and all. Maybe some ranged warfare is in order. Don't expect that sort of malarkey to work on a real dragon though

I'm hoping I get the chance to Grab another healer down the line. Dunno how I ended up killing the old lady... Just remember er not wanting me to finish Mage tower and she had to go.

Just beat Flemeth about 10 minutes ago, I used Me as a Mage casting mostly frost magic and a little healing, Alister as tank, Wynne as the healer and Liliana useing her bow. Was pretty easy at level 14 useing health potions on Liliana and Alister.

oO wynne seems like a pretty must-have for me, well im rolling a 2melee mori and wynne, i've killed the andraste guardian dragon or w/e her name is, didnt do flemeth yet, when i tried (without wynne) she was wayyyyyyy too hard raping me apart all the time, should go easier now with all the new gear + lvls

Ummm...no, you don't get another chance. You can set Morrigan up to heal, but your best healer is gone for this playthrough. You can finish the tower and the mage won't stop you...you just picked the wrong dialog options, apparently. I did the tower with Morrigan in my party, and she and Wynne get along fine. Just keep personal stories between you and the person. I even had a few convos in the game where both Wynne and Morrigan approved. I didn't expect that.



So it can be done. You just have to be quiet about who Morrigan is/was with others. I figure what one person tells me...is between them and me. Keeps peace.

I just laughed seeing at around 40 seconds in Flemeth just stares at shale like "really? all your friends are dead and your still comming?"

after going through the sacred ashes questline you should end up with 6 drake scales. Wade in denerim will make you a +70% fire res set with his second try, which lets you cheese through all the dragons with a ranged character. No healer necessary, you take 20 to 0 damage per hit depending on what other fire res gear you stumbled upon.
