So I have noticed there are a few places that there were QTE (quick time events) that I never saw. Not surprising since I have poor vision so i was wondering where the good ones where or maybe ones you didn't notice the first time through.
What caused me to ask this was I never knew that you could para Miranda in her loyalty mission before killing her friend.
One i noticed on my third play was Mordin, I never noticed you could paragon his rants, cutting him short and giving him the answers.
My favorites are when you are talking to Eclipse (both in the tower and on Miri's loyalty) when you just shoot the 'leader' or kick the guy out the window. And I love what Garrus says when you kick the guy out the window.
The QTE's.....

If u look in mordins quest with the renegade QTE when that clanspeaker is talking... its more of a LTE, it's basically there for about 2 mins while the krogan is going on...

lol u get para points for ignoring that too... no ppoint shooting it.... they die in one hit from a heav pistol anyway...

LoL always wondered why I got Para for the scene... There are other places where I get Para points when I didn't think i did anything to get them... I wonder if they are similar circumstances.

You should listen out for the 'Interrupt' sound, which is like a high pitched whine. Since it's usually accompanied by an unusually long pause in the cinematic, you can tell.
