Hello!

I wonder why we Russian residents don't have any methods to pay for points? I bought DA:O from Steam without any problems, and now I can't buy an $7 addon neither with my Visa, nor with PayPal (having a verified Visa there).
As a sidenote, I would like to have an option to use English as an interface language even though I'm located in Russia, since the quality of UI translation is currently very, very low.

There are currently Russian Tax laws preventing the sale of points through points.bioware.com.



As I'm no Tax official, I do not have a detailed explanation as to this. I am but an online engineer.





As far as the translation, if you are referring to the in-game translations, that is better asked in the Tech Support forums.
