What is your favorite loyalty mission and of course why?

Mine is probably Mordin's. You get to take a complex look at a very complex character in the game plus this mission has one of my favorite renegade interupts.

Tali's. Get to take a Geth. It's funny for various reasons. And sad...FemShep gives a good yelling paragon speech too. Never did the renegade one.

Garrus' and Morinth's - very emotional and very funny (VIP loungue), but I like nearly all of them.

i agree, Tali's is the best. you get to see the Migrant Fleet, has some fun and intense combat, good research unlocks, lots of money. Second would be Garrus for me, as it is large and Garrus was a much more interesting character this time around. Worst loyalty IMO was Miranda's. Cookie-cutter environments plus I never found Miranda to be very interesting.

It's too tough to choose; there are several that I really liked.

But one thing I'll say for Thane's, the first time I tried it I screwed up(poking around for upgrades when I should have been watching the target) and that bad ending was probably one of the saddest moments I've seen in a video game.

Thane's was fun, straight CSI style. Legion's was the one with the hardest choice, and it was the most challenging.

Tali's, followed by a close Mordin, and then Thane's.

Really, the first time I played Thane's loyalty mission my Paragon Shepard almost punched that human bastard from the interrogation room to death.

I loled so hard. And, of course, Thane's convos with mouse and his son are brilliant.

I hate Thanes. That catwalk hide and seek thing annoyed me to be honest.

I liked Mordins quite a bit for some very good information and a real look into his personality.

Samara's.

"End of the line, Morinth."

- makes me feel like Stanley Woo.

Hmm tricky. Tali's and Jack's were both excellent, but then I thought they were all pretty good. Zaeed's and Miranda's are both worth mentions as well, for very different reasons!

I'd have to say that it'd be between Garrus', Miranda's, or Legion's.

I'm not saying that vanilla warehouse fights are great, but Garrus and Miranda's loyalty missions were as straight up as firefights could get, with plenty of places to take cover. To add to that, plenty of enemies that came by truckloads.

Legion's loyalty mission had a lot of Geth, which I missed.

Tali or Mordin would be the best for me.

Mordin for the plot.

Legion for the combat.

Tali for the win.

Samara's and Thane's most probably, they were the most emotionally engaging for me

Miranda's, it's filled with emotion (well played, I really felt sorry for her) with fast paced action, the way I like it :)

For me it has to be Grunt. Seeing Wrex again, headbutting Uvenk, the thresher maw...all amazing.

Mordin's, hands down. Interesting. Emotional. Somewhat comical, especially if you did the renegade interrupt and lit that Krogan on fire.

It also has the one decision in the game that had me the most conflicted. Thank Duncan's well-groomed Beard that that paragon interrupt lasted so long...

I quite liked Samara and Thane's, because they're not the typical "go in with your guns blazing" effort.

I also liked Mordin's and Garrus', but I'm biased because they're my favourite characters.

Tali and Mordin both have fantastic missions in terms of character and relationship building moments. You really get to know both of them so well thanks to those missions.

Samara and Thane are both nice changes of pace from the typical shoot 'em up template, particularly Samara. The dialogue sections of Garrus' mission are really great as well.

The story of Jacob's mission is really cool I think. Lord of the Flies is a favorite book of mine and Jacob's mission totally has that vibe.

Jacobs for the concept and environment. Tali, Thane, Legion, and Samara all had great ones too.

There were a lot of good ones.  I liked Thane's, Samara's, Jacob's, Mordin's, and Tali's a lot.  Thane and Tali (as long as you choose the "rally the crowd" option at the end) and the best.

Grunt's was the best. It was fun making toast out of the thresher maw.

Mordin's, because the character development during that was the best in the game. At least in my opinion. Prior to Mass Effect 2 I knew nothing about Mordin. When I met him on Omega, he seemed okay. But after his loyalty mission he had become one of my favorite characters.
