Well into the game after defeating a big boss I went to save it and the saved game list is no longer in chronological order anymore, it's all scrambled with no recognizable order. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
Did anyone's saved game list all of sudden get scrambled?

Yes! Plus when I fired the game up and chose "Resume" it did not put me where I left off!

Yeah i got that but I downloaded the newest patch and its fine for me.

That has probably to do with the date/time problem of the PS3 which occured yesterday. If the timestamp on your savegames were ruined, you probably won't get them into the right order anymore. Not without loading and re-saving them in the right order, anyway.
I got this reply in the general discussion (no spoilers forum) so I thought I'd pass it on here. You have one of the old PS3 consoles like me

What patch? The one I'm aware of will not be released until sometime Thursday for the PS3.

Well I was in the process of obtaining a trophy when the 8001050F bug struck. Now I don't have/see the trophy even after syncing. I replayed from a previous save and no trophy appears. Any one have any idea how one is to get the system to show that the trophy has been aquired?

Try this: Within the game, press the PS button to bring up the menu, go to the far right and find your PSN screenname and select it. The system will then sync the trophies from your PSN account to your PS3 and presto, you've got your 100% Dragon Age trophies right back where they should be.
