I'm having trouble activating the Cerberus Network on my XBOX 360. When I enter my code, it says "ERROR - Communication with the Mass Effect 2 server was interrupted or has timed out. Please try again later."
This has been going on for over two hours now. What would you have me do?
Cerberus Activation Code - "Communication with the ME 2 server....."

I should add that my gamertag is linked correctly, as I have already received the Collector Armor / Weapon DLC by redeeming my code on this website.

I got the exact same error, I am wondering if it cannot connect to authenticate. Wether it be for activation or for logging into an existing account. It sounds like you cannot even reach the server and that is the problem I was having.
