Ok I posted soem replies to a similar thread int he Spoiler's forum but I tihnk It probly belongs here more. I have purchased and installed the DLC for Warden's keep and have spoken to the NPC in camp to try to start the quest for this, but he doesn't mark anything on my Map for me to be able to go to Spoldier's Peak and start the quest for this. I don't even see the quest listed in my Premium content. Yet in the Tab where all my downloaded content is at Warden's Keep is listed there and says it is Enabled.
I'm Running the 1.01 patch with Dragon Age and I have tried a few work arounds I foudn listed but they seem to make the problems worse. Uninstallign and reinstalling the game seems to only give me the option to Purchase the Warden's Keep content all over again even thoghu I have already purchased it. Same happens if I only tired to delete the Warden's Keep folders instead of doing a complete Uninstall and Reinstall. I do not want to have to purchase content all over again when I already paid for it. Especially when the page for all my redeemed Promotions lists Warden's Keep as having been redeemed.
What the heck is going on here? Why can't I use the contant I have purchased? Has the 1.01 Patch broken the game?
Warden's Keep DLC Downloaded but unavailable to use.

Step 1: make sure you are logged in and then re-start the game (or go back to the main menu) and then back in the game. At that point you can talk with Levi again, and he will properly mark the location.
If that doesn't help, there is additional info here: http://social.biowar...81613/18#115847

Here's what I think I've found on my own.
The reason the Stone Prisoner and Warden appear to work but then fail is two fold:There are two levels of activation on these items and the second doesn't appear on *any* other items.
The "Soft Mode" Authorization is a simple "0" or "1" in the xml files that allows content to be displayed in game and as "authorized" when your downloadable content menu. Some people are getting their dlc the normal way or downloading dzip files. The game (or you do it manually) sets the Prisoner and Warden files to enabled by changing the "Authorization" variable from 1 (yes, requires a online check) to 0 (doesn't require a check)
Now, what's happening is that this "soft authorization" is taking place, letting you see both quests in game, even letting you start them. However, when it reaches a specific step (Marking Honnolith or the Wardens Keep on your map) the "Hard Authorization" takes place. This is where the DAservice has checked your content against the master server and for whatever reason has decided that even though your local copy says it's ok for you to play SP or WK, it actually isn't. So at this point the markers for those two quests are not allowed to be displayed.
So for some reason, some people are getting a "local" message that the content is installed (and it is) and starting it, but the master server disagrees and blocks your DLC quest from continuing.
This is pretty much what I've observed so far, so a theory based on the observable facts.
