Since i cant buy any biopoints can some tell me the story behind the return to ostagar DLC?

You return to Ostagar. You and your companions wander around the battlefield killing darkspawn and gathering Cailan's old armour. If you bring Alistair and Wynne, Wynne comes on to Alistair (creepy). If you bring Loghain and Wynne they fight, bicker and argue (fun!). You fight a rather short and squatty big bad, then decide whether or not to give Cailan's body a royal funeral.

Theres a few lines that suggest he did it to save his troops from the massacre, and it further cements the argument already in the game that he couldn't have saved Cailan anyway, so he took the hard decsion to leave him to die while he pulled back. He also suggests he would have done the same thing if Anora was leading the troops at Ferelden, because there was nothing he could have done yada yada.

Also, the letters implied heavily that Cailan was having an affair with the Empress of Orlais, and was possibly planning to hand over Ferelden to Orlais in return for being made puppet Emperor. Its not really a sure thing, but if you bring Loghain, he throws this huge fit, and basically implies in what he says that Cailan had been acting very weird recently, and he suspected something, but this just confirmed it.

Wow, I didnt think a guy like Cailen had it in him,consedering how "simple" his attitude before he got smashed like a beer can.

I don't buy the DLC because i play mage or Rogue..Bleh .. Another tank armor that i won't be able to use in awakening.

i cant buy it all since i live in china, thank bioware that mass effect 2 DLC are free.
