Since I have nothing better to do at this time, I thought I would start making some battle videos of my run with an Engineer. Frankly, I suck a playing shooter type games and these videos are a testament to my skill level. Didn't really need such skill with ME1, but I am looking to improve for the final game. All of the videos will be just simple cut and paste jobs of various battle with action in them. I will post them when I have finished the part of the mission they are from.

Well here they are for your viewing pleasure... or not. :P

You can get away with very little shooting with an engineer if you want to. Learn to love cryo blast and you can punch your way through a lot of areas. Anyways good luck and good videos.

Those videos look good. I use my squad powers more than you do. From the videos I have seen, I use them more than most players do I suppose. Like you, I do a little shooting with my Engineer and a lot of power usage. Like incinerate and combat drone and Reave. For some missions I will use AP ammo instead of Reave (geth missions). I like to take Zaeed and Mordin on the Archangel recruitment mission and use their powers and mine to just burn the hell out of everything.

Indeed you can, but I did that mostly with my play through with my Adept Shepard. Pretty much well spammed my way through Insanity with spamming Singlearity + Warp with ample usage of pause. I am getting used to practicing shoot a weapon in this run, as I still forgot sometimes to reload my weapon before I shoot. :pinched:

I would use my squad power more often, but I am still getting used to using the hotkeys more frequently. As I had said previously, I used the pause feature often and made use of the powers there. I wanted to get used to not pausing at all and leaving my squad power use to the AI when I direct them to attack the enemy. Seems to have work as well so far since I have been playing that way.

I am going with Grunt and Jack for my main team members, as this is a Renegade play through. Figured if I am going to be playing the badass, I better look the part and have the right crew. ;)

Yeah I know what you mean.  I use the command HUD  quite often myself.  I can shorten battles considerably that way.
