Please don't hate me for asking an ME1 question here. But I don't want to go to a whole new forum when I am certain people here know the answer.
When dealing with weapon mods in ME1 like heat sink, stabalizers whatever do they have any effect on your squadmates? I never gave it any thought when I played ME1 really but now I am planning on replaying it and I got to thinking (because of my ME1 experience)
Do squadmates in ME1 care about +accuracy or +Fire rate or -heat? Should even bother equiping things like Heat Sinks to them?
Mass Effect 1 Question <_<

In my experience it lets them fire longer before overheating so it does help with heat but I'm not sure on accuracy since they never seem terrible accurate to me anyway since they spend a good portion of the time shooting me in the back of the head. I figure rate of fire would work just fine but I don't know how much of a difference it actually makes.

I noticed weapon add ons for ammo worked when you gave them to squad mates in ME1. But the others? Never thought about it, honestly.

Yeah I mean the ammo for sure works I know that.
For example the Combat Scanner obviously is useless on them.
But I am not sure if heat dissipation and accuracy upgrades actually do anything for them.
