Frankly that one looks a little... off.
If we want to make comparsions we should stick to the first outfit, the short sleeved one. In which case, FemShep looks fairly athletic, as does ManShep.

My gods... the fact that you are literate enough to write a post is beyond my understanding. The biological difference is quite small, and when it comes down to it, the big difference is cultural. A woman (and please note, this is purely a generalisation), even in modern culture, is still not pressurised for strength as much as a man is. A female Shepard is under more pressure for strength due to her military aspirations. Then, if we take gene enhancements into account, she could very easily cover that small biological difference.
More to the point, a damaging punch is more about technique than anything else. So, yeah. Femshep could easily be just as strong.
The genetic difference is a lot more significant than you think. There's a whole chromosone of a difference, in fact. An entirely different set of genetic instructions. They do still teach all of this in highschool dont they? Or did they burn all of the anatomy/health101 books when i wasnt looking?
