Shes an N7 not a freaking ninja. How is she gonna use pressure points when the enemy is wearing armor?

I'm pretty sure that Ryrinea meant weak points in person's body, which there are several, and have no magic about them.

your completley missing the point im not talking about mass effect 2 this whole thread turned into a discussion about who is a physically stronger so i dont understand why you had to say that

Simple. You're all morons.

Men are physically designed to be stronger in the upper body. We had to compete not just with prey while hunting, but other males. We had to use strength to put down our opponents and win bonking rights with t3h ladies. We aren't always physically stronger, but in 'comparative exercises' men will build upper physical strength more than women.
When it comes to a fight, strength has nothing to do with it. It's all about skill, and speed is a significant factor, along with technique. I've been hit by massive body builders and didn't feel a thing because they were more likely to break their wrist than hurt me, and guys who look like I could snap them in half but who felt like they'd slammed an iron pole in to my gut.

Secondly, Everything in this conversation relates back to ME:2, which is a game. It comes from the logisitics of... a game.

After reading this whole thread, I have to say that both sides of this argument are coming across as a little nutty. Does it really matter? Sure, the OP sounds rather ignorant and sexist, but the people arguing with him (and those who support him) started coming across as a little ignorant themselves. There is clearly no way to resolve this debate for the people participating.

Also, the nonsense about the U.S. and war and all that other crap is just dumb. That's an argument that took place years ago and while I understand there's still some validity in discussing it, it really has no place here on video game forums.

To conclude, going back several pages...I prefer waffles to pancakes, as well.

To each their own, ma'am. You're just as passionate about this as they are, they could post what you're saying about them right back at you. The first person to say the other is in denial isn't right. It's actually a very good debate which I think was centered around the fact that FemShep looks silly punching Turians compared to MaleShep.

Not really. I'm operating from a standpoint that skill and training can mitigate gender differences, especially as far as the game goes.
Also, the Turian thing is the same as the Krogan. Turians appear to have a hard carapace or something like that. A human, male or female, punching them is equally "silly" and if you notice in ME1, Saren is hardly dazed at all, he's more affected by the crap going around him than the punches themselves.

I am actually trained in the martial arts, and I have seen a lot of women take people that are twice there size down with a single move. Heck even with that Shepard is someone that is a HIGHLY TRAINED MARINE.

No, the same could not be said right back at her. She's not saying that girls can't be beaten by guys.

It's between MaleShep and FemShep though, could we all agree that both FemShep and MaleShep can do all the actions that the games require them to do, and if they fought each other they would end in a tie and then have sex?

  Really?

I'm pretty sure the punch to Saren hurt regardless of what gender (the Head butting a Krogan though.... definitely agree with on that)

I got news for you buddy, the way the American military operates isn't a benchmark for the rest of the world, some of which do accept women.

You mean ninjas are magical? I know what a pressure point is and armor does kinda negate the effect dont ya think?

Hollywood ninjas sure are, as are folklore ninjas, and just about all the other ninjas you ever hear about outside real history lessons. Pressure points as explained by certain self-acclaimed martial artist gurus are more or less magic. There are weak spots in human body, many which work armor or not, since they deal with balance, not pain.

I thought it was protection from radiation and it actually wasn't that much harder than humans? lol I love testing my own unknowingness....and if that's not an actual word then it's mine now.
Also I was confused by that scene  is it Kaiden/Ashley shooting him that makes him turn?
