Zaeed is one of the most badass bounty hunter in the galaxy but last I check Shepard SAVED the galaxy two years ago. See as you're comparing the two with reputation and accomplishments, how does that make him "certainly a lot stronger than female Shepard"?

Shepard saved the galaxy only with the help of many many people including the largest Alliance fleet in the galaxy.  Zaeed's only friend is his gun.

Ah, guns. Not his bare hands.
Also, he had a lot of comrades/partners that happened to die in his missions...

No. It's not "just because she's a female." It's, because she's a female, she (presumably, given nature and things like facts) has less muscle mass. That's your opinion based entirely on a generic body used for every npc in the game.

Zaeed knows many ways to kill an enemy.  Guns, knives, exhausted thermal clips, his foot.  The fact that Zaeed has lived as long as he has with his lifestyle is proof that he's about as badass as an individual can get.  When female Shepard punched him it just didn't make any sense.
Zaeed should not have been phased by that punch he should've just laughed and said "I would be pissed if this weren't so cute!"

Right well, that generic body IS her body. I mean, you could personally choose to ignore it because you don't think it fits and imagine it were different, but that's not taking anything away from TC's point.

I have no doubt that he's a troll and he's just trying to offend some people. But there IS a degree of truth to what he's saying. The reasons he said it, I'm sure, were petty and unimportant. But again, that alone doesn't make everything he's said wrong. I'm not taking objection with anybody that thinks TC is annoying and thinks this whole thread is intended to irritate, it probably is, I'm taking objection with people that are taking THEIR objection a little too far and going against readily apparent truth.

Does not necessary prove that he's any more badass than Shepard. Vido in his loyalty quest tried so hard to persuade Shepard from helping Zaeed shows the weight of Shepard's powess. Also, unless you so wishfully forget, may I remind you that Shepard either defended a colony single-handedly or survive a thesher maw attack that killed his/her whole unit. And yes, as much as I hate to remind you, it's a FEMALE that was able to do that! How on Earth! Right?

Dude, you have it totally wrong. It`s all in the biotics, man. It is very much common knowledge that all Shepards are super-biotics even if they are not a biotic class.

And it is also common knowledge that all females are super duper superior biotics. This is even evidenced by the fact, that all the biotics trained by Cerberus were femals (Jack and Gillian Grayson). This superior biotic ability totally offsets any muscular disadvantage a female Shepard might ever experience in comparison to a male Shepard !!!

Why is this topic still here living? Let's break it down.
You bring up the point that they both have the exact same amount of skill and neither have any significant differences in application of force and that FemShep does not aim for specific areas. Which is fine. Okay. Gene therapy and cybernetics equalizes it somewhat, though biologically, MaleShep is stronger than FemShep.
But okay, MaleShep is the friggin' HULK assuming that all. And following insane logic, being WEAKER than MaleShep utterly renders FemShep incapable of knocking someone out or hitting someone idiotic. The strongest person in the world will be able to knock someone out, yet apparently the second-strongest person in the world is suddenly incapable of doing so?
There was an appropriate quote a while back. Feel free to think MaleShep is stronger than FemShep, though do NOT assume that FemShep is suddenly incapable of punching someone or knocking someone out just because she isn't the STRONGEST.
