everytime i start mass effect 2 it freezes right after the begining EA logo screen. I've cleared the cache on both my hard drive and MU and it still freezes. The only way for me to ge to the menu screen is for me to sign out of my profile, but then i need to sign in and it freezes AGAIN! help!

I haven't found a workaround for this either. I cleared all of my ME2 files off my drive, I still have my ME1 saves, the cache has been cleared multiple times, but I can't get past the EA logo screen if signed in to my gamertag. Without being signed in, obviously, I can't import my ME1 character, but the game does progress past the logo screen. I called EA support, and still have no resolution.
